Susan Freda is a multidisciplinary artist and designer whose work explores light, form, transparency, and movement through sculpture, jewelry, and mixed media. Educated at the Rhode Island School of Design and Massachusetts College of Art, her practice blends fine art with craftsmanship, creating pieces that feel both ethereal and architectural.
Inspired by nature, fashion, and organic structure, Freda works with woven wire, glass, metal, and layered surfaces to create luminous forms rich in texture and emotion. Each piece balances delicacy with strength, inviting quiet reflection through light, shadow, and material.
Her work has been exhibited internationally and is held in notable public and private collections including Cirque du Soleil, the Museo Italo Americano, Fidelity Investments, and Sir Elton John.
