Once you receive an email from the hōm market that states we can process a return (see Refund Policy to see if your item qualifies), mail to: the hōm market, LLC, 14 Spring Street, Hastings on Hudson NY 10706, United States.

Within the US, most of our items are shipped by UPS and delivered within 15 business days. Shipping will be calculated depending on weight and size of box needed. Some specialty and/or oversized items may require an additional handling surcharge. For items needing special shipping arrangements in the US, one of our specialists will email you to coordinate.

Shipment Tracking:

A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items MUST be mailed in original condition and packaging, or comparably-protective packaging.

If you are shipping an item back to the hōm market LLC we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and cannot complete a return unless we receive the item(s) in their original condition. 

Items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they're in their original condition before a store credit or exchange is issued.

We ask that item(s) be sent back with an official postmark within seven days of approval, and no later than 14 days from your order's delivery. Orders shipped outside of the continental US, including Canada, are final sale.

Once we receive the return, it will be inspected to ensure it's in its original condition and at that time the hōm market LLC will issue the store credit/process the exchange.
