The hyper-local autumnal honey is raw, unfiltered, dark, sweet and rich, a reflection of the season. It embodies bold flavors of molasses, clove and butterscotch. The honey is harvested seasonally by established apiarists with several bee yards situated within a few miles of our farm in Upstate New York. Every batch is unique.
