DESCRIPTION

The Blue Phase Collection by EBW Ceramics is a sculptural series of handcrafted ceramic vessels that explores tone, fluidity, and atmospheric depth. Rich in layered blues and subtle surface variation, each piece balances calm restraint with expressive form, highlighting the quiet poetry of the handmade process.

Inspired by shifting water, sky, and transitional light, the collection evokes a sense of movement and stillness at once, functioning as both contemporary sculpture and decorative object. Whether styled on a console, pedestal, shelving, or within a collected interior, it brings cool tonal depth and sculptural presence to a space.

Handcrafted in porcelain, every piece is one-of-a-kind — defined by glaze variation, organic form, and subtle imperfections.

A refined, atmospheric collection for intentional, layered interiors.

ABOUT THE MAKER

A Tucson native, Erin studied ceramics and photography at the University of Arizona earning a degree in fine arts. Upon completion of her studies she moved to New York City in 2001 and currently resides in the Carroll Gardens section of Brooklyn with her husband and two young sons. In her Red Hook studio, Erin satisfies her love of sculpture by altering and exaggerating forms while maintaining a simplicity to meet her need for functionality. Each piece is unique in form and texture. By only glazing the rim and interior of her pieces she adds a subtle contrast, but also emphasizes the beauty of the raw matte porcelain on the exterior.
